Ballas was born in 1986 and was raised in Mykonos.<\/p>\n
In 2010 he graduated from the department of Civil Engineering of the Polytechnic School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He is married to Chrysanthi Gargala, also a civil engineer.<\/p>\n
After graduating, he worked for about 3 years as a supervising engineer, coordinating technical work in the construction of the new building facilities of the New Port of Mykonos.<\/p>\n
In 2012 he started his own practice, providing complete proposals in architectural design, construction and engineering applications, always meeting client requirements with responsibility.<\/p>\n
